USB/iPod interface
A must for music lovers: select your favourite track, connect your USB stick or other compatible MP3 player, iPod or iPhone to the interface and enjoy the perfect soundtrack to your MINI adventure. Operation is via the radio or the multifunction steering wheel. Artist, album, playlist, genre and song information is conveniently shown on the radio display. To ensure the music never stops, the device is powered by the vehicle's electrics and its battery recharged during playback, and it is stored safely out of sight, either in the storage compartment in the dashboard or the glove compartment.
